Obituary

Obituary for Louis Roland Brown

A loyal and dedicated U.S. Air Force retired veteran, loving husband and father, Louis Roland Brown, of Huber Heights, died suddenly Saturday April 4th, 2020 at his home at the age of 79. He was born December 12, 1940 in Glendale, California to Laura Elizabeth (Neidig) Brown and Harry Stanley Brown.

Louis was very proud that he had built a career in the military, earning the rank of Master Sergeant. In his retirement, he was active in the honor guard while giving military honors to his fallen comrades. Louis also enjoyed umpiring and refereeing in various youth sports.

Louis is survived by his wife Linda K. Brown, daughter Michelle Brown of Northridge, two sons Todd of Oklahoma City and Michael of Texas; three step-daughters Lori Pier (David) of Bellbrook, Jennifer McCormack (Bill) of Fairborn, and Carla Skaggs (Gene) of Cincinnati; and brother Ronald (Linda) of Tennessee.

Because of COVID-19 and the social distancing that is mandated, we would implore you to send a condolence, plant a tree and share a story or picture about Louis here on his Online Book of Memories to help comfort the family.
