Tim Joseph Seitz, 70, went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 25, 2022, in Sarasota, Florida after a brief illness. He was born April 30, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Stanley and Dorothy (Koerner) Seitz.
Tim was a graduate of Chaminade HS (1970) and graduated from Wright State University with a BA in Business Administration. He retired from GM/Delphi in Kettering after 30 years of service and was a member of Southbrook Christian Church, where he volunteered in the children’s ministry. After retirement in 20O3, he and Pam divided their time between Dayton, Michigan, and Florida. Tim’s passion was fishing, and he took yearly trips (for over 40 years) to Texas to fish with his lifelong friend, John Habil.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 22 years, Pam; brothers, Gary (Ruth); twin brother, Jim (Cindy); and Terry (Lisa).
Also, Father-in-law David L. Smith (deceased); Mother-in-Law Judi (North) Smith; Sisters-in-Law Davia (Bill) King, Penny Smith; Brothers-in-Law Eric (Laurie) and Glenn; and many nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 22 from 2-4pm at SouthBrook Christian Church in Miamisburg. There will be a memorial service immediately after, at 4:00 with Pastor Cathy Glista officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SouthBrook Church (Student Ministry in the Memo) in Tim’s honor. You are welcome to write a condolence message, upload a photo, and share a story about Tim at www.ConnerAndKoch.com.
