William Charles "Bill" Bittner, age 84, of Washington Twp., passed away peacefully Friday December 6, 2019 at home. He was born on January 30, 1935 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania to William Charles Bittner, Sr. and Elizabeth Emma (Hullihan) Bittner.
Bill lived a full life that included being an Air Force veteran, Dayton Fire Captain, longtime member of Marshall Rd. Church of God, Past President and Master Woodworker of the Western Ohio Woodworkers, a woodworking teacher at Woodcraft, as well as being a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Claudia; three children, Kimberly Queener, Barbara Bittner, and William "Bill" Bittner; five grandchildren, Alexander (Lesleah) Queener, Zachary Queener, Madison Weiskittel, Erin Bittner, Emily (Wally) Russell, and several great-grandchildren. Bill will be missed by his family and friends for his many services and talents including his dry humor and quick wit. Bill would encourage all to vote for President Donald Trump in 2020 as he was an avid supporter and patriotic American and to inform you that Epstein didn't kill himself!
