Alex Willhelm's Obituary
Alexander Lawrence "Alex" Willhelm, age 30, of Columbus, formerly of Bellbrook, died suddenly on Wednesday, March 10th, 2021.
Alex was born January 31st, 1991 in Dayton to Randy Willhelm and Susan (Konold) Willhelm. He was a Bellbrook High School graduate and played on the Golden Eagles Football Team. He was currently employed as a Case Manager for Central Ohio Specialty Care.
Alex was preceded in death by his mother, Susie Willhelm; maternal grandfather, Bill Konold; and paternal grandparents, Larry and Louise Willhelm.
Alex is survived by his dad, Randy Willhelm (Cathy); sister, Sarah Watts (Ray); brothers, Kevin Studevant and Brad Studevant (Becky); maternal grandmother, Carolyn Konold; nieces and nephews, Emily, Will, Hannah, Luke, Leland, and Londyn; and his dog, Gunner.
Alex loved the outdoors! He loved fishing, kayaking, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, and spending relaxing times at his family houseboat on Norris Lake. Alex was enamored with his family especially his nieces and nephews. He was an avid sports fan and thoroughly enjoyed his OSU Buckeyes. In fact, nobody was allowed to talk to him during the games. Alex had fun with his high school and college friends, work and volleyball league friends. He took pleasure in his job and relished helping his patients and their families.
To help the family celebrate his life, you are invited to his life celebration visitation at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook, on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A second life celebration visitation will be held Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at SouthBrook Christian Church, 9095 Washington Church Road, Miamisburg, followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm.
