Arnold R Schulz Jr.'s Obituary
SCHULZ JR., Arnold R. "Andy", age 77, of Kettering, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton.
He was born August 23rd, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Arnold R Schulz Sr. and Grace G Schulz (Vawter). Andy volunteered for service in the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1964. He retired as a firefighter from WPAFB after 32 years. Andy enjoyed traveling with his wife, getting together with the retired firefighters and antique car shows with good friends.
Andy is survived by his loving wife, Patricia "Pat" Schulz (Muller) of 54 years, daughter Kathryn Freshour, son Michael (Trish) Schulz, 5 grandchildren; Olivia, Korryn and Sydney Freshour, and Justin and Katelyn Schulz. Brother Walter (Terri) Schulz, and sister Joyce Gehlenborg. Along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to say a special , “Thank you!” To Jerry Young and Jack Erwine for their unwavering love and support.
To celebrate Andy's life, you are invited to share the Life Celebration Visitation from 1:00-5:00 PM Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Conner and Koch Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook, Oh 45305.
