I can't thank Conner & Koch enough for the beautiful service provided for my little brother, Chuck. I don't necessarily know who handled each aspect of the service, but it came together beautifully. It was readily apparent they listened to Jeannette as she spoke to them about her father. Jeannette did a wonderful job on the picture boards displayed around the room. Those and the collages provided by Conner & Koch brought back a lot of memories and prompted wonderful and funny stories to be told. I will miss you, Chuck, but am comforted knowing you are once again whole and at peace. We will meet again one day, I am sure. Love you, Marilyn

What a character Chuck was! Rick & I were traveling with Marilyn & John (Mokwa) on Maui in Hawaii. Time flies by so quickly, but must have been in about 2007 and Chuck was still serving our country at Pearl Harbor. He flew over to Maui and spent a few days with us. What a laugh-filled time it was! We toured the island & he talked the whole time ... so many stories he had! Chuck enjoyed a beer, or two, with his meals. Kimo's is famous for its Hula Pie. There is a photo of Chuck with the yummy ice cream dessert & beer in hand in his memorial photo collage. What a combination of flavors! We all laughed so much about that. He will be sorely missed, but he's with our Heavenly Father and his body is again whole. Love to you all, Rick & Kathi Powell

Chuck was a wonderful man, a great brother in law, a very good friend to Robin and Jay and that friendship only strengthened over the years as they raised Jeannette and welcomed their four beautiful grandchildren into the world. Chuck was a special man, the type of man \u2018this world needs more of. I remember a man who smiled a lot and had a great sense of humor. I know Chuck is in Heaven with God, surrounded by the greatest love, a healthy body with no pain and spending time with his son, C.J. In all the grief, pain and broken pieces, theses are the blessings. My deepest sympathy to all who loved Chuck. May Your faith in God comfort you with the knowledge you will be together again.
