I graduated with “Frosty” as we called him in 1964. I remember him as a very nice guy. Praying for the family.
I was Charlie’s neighbor. My little girl Karaline (4) absolutely loved him and his little dog. Everyday, she would asked to go see Charlie. I can’t count how many times she just went over and walked right into his house like she was part of the family! But Charlie never seemed bothered by it even after I apologized. He would take her for walks around the block when he walked his dog and would sit outside and watch her do flips and cartwheels in his yard.
He will be very missed!! I’m glad I was able to call him a friend. We were made to feel like a part of his family.
We so enjoyed having Charlie as a neighor at Heritage Hills Camp Grounds. He would come over and talk to us all the time. And every time i would make a dessert i made sure i would take some over to him or him would come over to our place.We would look after him. We sure are going to miss him and his little dog. Sending our thoughts and prayers.
