Christina "Tina" Ranae Lane (Skidmore)'s Obituary
A resilient, unforgettable, and strong woman, Christina "Tina " Ranae Lane, age 46, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, November 13th, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born March 9th, 1973 to Loria Sue Abner-Skidmore and Frank Skidmore. She was owner/operator of CJL Cleaning & Janitorial.
Tina loved being outside and going camping in her RV with her husband, Jack. Their favorite spot to camp was Welcome Woods Campground at Indian Lake, where they were also part of the Event Planning Committee. From a young age, Tina loved boating and fishing with her best-friend Kim. She had a beautiful garden of flowers that consisted of her favorite sunflowers, geraniums, calla lilies and her tomato plants, which she just started to grow. When she wasn't camping, you could find her watching Nascar in her living room, most likely eating Oreo's and drinking a Pepsi or a Barq's Red Creme Soda.
She was a very faithful woman, and would read her Bible that was given to her by her aunt Darlene. When Tina went to church she would attend Newspring Church in Springboro. Tina will be remembered for her impressionable personality and her tender heart, but most of all for the love that she so generously had for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Stacie Jo Campbell-Hites, father-in-law Jack Lane, grandmother Bonnie Abner-Vanzant, Reverend Charlie & Opal Brooks. Tina is survived by the love of her life, Jack E. Lane, children; Corey Skidmore, Reagan Lane, and Michael Sean Lane II, siblings; Frank (Cathy) Skidmore II, Benjamin Layne (Tonya) Skidmore, Christopher John Skidmore, her parents Loria Sue (Abner-Skidmore) and Frank L. Skidmore, aunts; Darlene King and Sherry Penney, cousins; Stephanie Adkins, Hollie (Andy) Flanery, Matt (Jessica) King, Shellie King, Ryan Penney and his son, Easton Penney, and her very close friends Kim (Nick) Wheeler and Terry (Jennifer) Wakefield.
