Donald "Don" Jordan's Obituary
Donald "Don" E. Jordan age 82 of Bellbrook, Ohio passed away September 18, 2021. Donald was born December 27, 1938 in Urbana, Ohio to Martin and Ola Jordan. He was a graduate of Urbana High School. Don served in the United States Air Force and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from Ferno Washington in Wilmington, Ohio where he was a supervisor.
Don loved classic cars, specifically classic Ford's. He enjoyed many days fishing out on the water and parking the house boat in various coves at Lake Cumberland. Don had a kind affinity for all animals and would even wake up in the middle of the night to feed the neighborhood cats. He was extremely caring, genuine, and was always willing to help others.
Donald is survived by a son Nicholas Sherman of Atlanta, Georgia and two granddaughters, Heather Daley of Dayton, Ohio and Krystin Jackson of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by his sister Patricia Spangler of Mechanicsburg, Ohio. He also has several nieces and nephews. His parents, brother Robert Jordan of Florida, and two sisters, Betty and Carolyn of Springfield, Ohio preceded him in death.
To help the family celebrate his life, you are invited to share during his visitation at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home (92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook, OH 45305) on Monday, September 27th, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Life Celebration Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 at 10:00 am at Bellbrook Cemetery (3939 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Bellbrook, OH 45305).
