Donald C Moore's Obituary
Moore, Donald C, age 98, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, September 25th, 2017 in Xenia. He was born August 11th, 1919 to Elhanon Moore and Florence Moore (Baker). He was employed as a Factory Laborer for General Motors.
Donald loved the outdoors and would spend as much time as he could in them. He enjoyed going to their cabin in Michigan for fishing and hunting. He especially enjoyed hunting for Wisconsin coons with his son Ron.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Donald is survived by wife, Gertrude “Gertie” Moore, son Ron (Pat) Moore of Xenia, daughter Linda Webb of Xenia. Don is also survived by grandchildren Lori (Gary) Lipsey of Louisville, KY, Jennifer (Mike) Puckett of Nashville, TN, Tom (Angie) Webb of Murphysboro, IL, David Moore of Xenia, and Daniel (Lindsay) Moore of Muscatine, IA, as well as great-grandchildren Whitney, Brittany, Nicholas, Nolen, and Lydia.
To help the family celebrate his life, you are invited to share during the visitation at CONNER & KOCH Life Celebration Home 92 West Franklin Street BELLBROOK, OH 45305 from 11:00 AM to 1:00PM on Friday, September 29th 2017. Funeral Services at 1:00 pm with burial to follow at Bellbrook Cemetery in BELLBROOK, OH.
