Eric Karl Wright's Obituary
An selfless and adventurous family man, Eric Karl Wright, age 48, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 25th, 2017 at his home.
He was born January 1st, 1969 to Don Wright and Eileen (Donoff) Wright. Eric was a 1988 graduate of Kettering Fairmont High School. He was formerly employed at General Motors, Delphi.
He was preceded in death by his his parents. Eric is survived by one son, Clayton Wright, one daughter, Chelsea Wright (Eric Clemans), brother Ken Wright, and three sisters, Shari Colbert (Chris), Debbie Wright, and Angie Ott (Joe), all of Dayton.
Eric was a family man, always present and supportive for family activities, especially for Chelsea and Clayton. He loved football, especially the Cleveland Browns and Notre Dame. Eric also thoroughly enjoyed Mountain Dew.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Monday, October 2nd from 9:00-10:00 am, followed by a life celebration service at 10:00 am at Fairhaven Church, Schwalm Chapel, 637 E. Whipp Rd., Centerville. Doug Piatt officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Eric Wright Memorial Fund/Conner & Koch, c/o Old Fort Bank, 6430 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45459. Envelopes will be available at the church.
