Evelyn Faye (Taylor) Wannemacher

I was truly saddened when I heard your heartbreaking news. I have had some wonderful conversations throughout the years with Aunt Evelyn, but especially this past year they have been deeper and more meaningful than ever. As we talked about the Lord and her desire to renew her relationship with Him and to walk with Him even closer, it gladdens my heart to know she is with Him now. I found a verse that I've clung to in Psalm 34:18 -- it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." As your heart is breaking, I pray you will know the comfort that comes from knowing God and that it is He that holds you! She was loved and will be truly missed.

So sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. My dad and Evelyn worked at Delco together. I can remember as a child making a special trip on Halloween's trick or treat night to the Wannemacher's home & got treated to a full size candy bar and warmed up to head back out for more candy. She was such a nice caring lady & will be missed.
