Fankell, Gary L, of West Carrollton, passed away Wed., Dec. 6, 2015 at the age of 66. He was born on April 25, 1949 to Kenneth Lee and Mary Lucille (Murnahan) Fankell in Ironton, OH. Gary was preceded in death by his wife, Gail, and his parents. He is survived by many loving family and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be on Sat.
