Gary L. May's Obituary
MAY, Gary L., age 78, of Bellbrook, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio.
Gary retired from GE Aerospace in 2016 after a 45-year career where he worked as a Tool Maker and Tool Room Supervisor.
Loving, kind, and strong, Gary was known for his reliability, capability, and love of his family. Adventurous at heart, Gary greatly enjoyed motorcycles, cars, boats, and travel. Gary also enjoyed animals, especially his cat Shadow.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest “Bee” and Jo Ann May (Hazel Green, KY), and his parents-in-law, Thelma and Taylor Taulbee (Hazel Green, KY). He is survived by his wife, Bess May (married 58 years); daughter, Stefanie May; son, Gary “Lee” (Caryn) May Jr. and their daughter Rory May. Gary will always be forever loved, and he will always be missed.
