I knew Granny for a very short year. She confided in me her love for her family, friends and in her Lord. She had a open heart and an open mind about my people the Cherokee. She was always interested in what they did to make it through this world and was amazed on how free they are in their prison. Granny never judged for what I am or thehard choices she knew I would have to make in the near future,but always told me to be true to what I nfelt in my heart. I had a dear love for her that no one will ever understand for she became a wise part of my life...Granny I know that you are still giving me the strength of your wisdom along with my Grams and I will be greatful always for what you share with her. I am so sorry for you Gladys was a wonderful christian lady. I learned so much from her and have so many good memories. Susie we were talking about you yesterday. The goat at Patterson road church. You were so afraid, our trip to West Va in the snow.
