Jacob "Jake" Weng's Obituary
Weng, Jacob "Jake", age 94, of Spring Valley, passed away Friday, March 18th, 2022 at home.
Jake was born October 19th, 1927 to Marjorie (Hunkler) and Jacob Weng. He married Ida Faye Michael in 1954. Jake was a member of FFA, farmed his whole life, loved milking cows and bailing hay, and enjoyed watching NASCAR.
Jake was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ida Faye Weng, brother Robert "Bob" Weng, brother Gene "Smokey" Weng, sister Joan Peeling, children Joseph Elson, Nellie Dawkins, Judy York, and Laura Bilbrey.
Jake is survived by his sister Jenny Reeves and her husband Gary, granddaughter Terril DellaValle Wuebben and her husband Jeff, great-grandson Jake and his wife Melanie Wuebben, and their children J.R. and Lisa, great-granddaughter Stephanie Wuebben, great-grandson Nick Wuebben and his wife Dani and their son Gavin Wuebben, grandchildren James, Jody, John, Jay, Steve, Sindy, Tammy, Debby, Ray, Pam, and Ben, and many other great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Orville "Doug" Dawkins, Robert Eaton, and Dale Bilbrey, numerous nieces and nephews, and his dog Blackie..
To help the family celebrate his life, you are invited to share during his visitation at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home 92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook on Thursday, March 24th, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 25th at 1:30 pm at Conner & Koch with Pastor John Lockwood officiating. Burial to follow at Spring Valley Cemetery.
