age 53, of Kettering, passed away Tuesday June 7th, 2016. He was born April 15th, 1963 in Fort Monmouth, NJ to Delois (Johnson) and Lloyd Bailey. Jeffery was a talented artist who loved working at We Care Arts in Kettering. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bellbrook, the most avid fan of the “Dukes of Hazzard” and a sports enthusiast who enjoyed soccer, bowling, basketball, and fishing. Jeffery also enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Bengals and the Dayton Dragons, and was excited when he got to go to the stadiums to watch in person. He was also very good at puzzles, no matter how complicated. He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd Bailey. Jeffery is survived by his mother, Delois "Lois" Bailey of Dayton, his sisters Vicki Stroby of Hillsboro, Pam Bailey of St. Petersburg, FL, and Regina Bailey of Warminster, Pennsylvania. The family will welcome friends on Sunday, June 12th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at CONNER & KOCH Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook. Life celebration services will be Monday, June 13th at 10:00am with Pastor Nick Osborn officiating. Interment to follow at 2:30 pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, 6980 Danville Rd., Nicholasville, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to We Care Arts, 3035 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio 45429.
