Jimmie T. Watson's Obituary
Watson, Jimmie T., age 77, of Bellbrook, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Centerville Post Acute Nursing Home in Centerville.
Jimmie graduated from Bellmont High School. He proudly worked for 35 years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, officially retiring in 2002. He loved hunting and fishing. He was an avid deer hunter and wing shooter, especially for pheasant and quail. Some of his favorite hunting grounds were Caesar Creek and Spring Valley. He also enjoyed passing the time fly fishing along the banks locally. He had a charming personality and was very smart. He loved and adored his wife and cherished being able to spoil her. Jimmie looked forward to Christmas Eve when the family would all be together. His happy spot was sitting in his chair watching TV.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents, Tracey (Olive) Watson and Eva Howell, and two sisters, Janice and Lucinda. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Kathleen; three daughters, Erin Johnston, Joy Watson, and Courtney Watson; two stepsons, Richard (Mollie) Huff and Kristopher Huff; eight grandchildren, Brendan, Cole, Lexi, Catherine, Samantha, Ashley, Emma, and Owen; and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3 pm on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Conner & Koch Funeral Home in Bellbrook. The family will receive friends from 1 – 3 pm on Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation. Condolences at www.connerandkoch.com.
