Was looking for another obituary and saw Joe's. Joe and I were neighbors on Pinegrove Drive. I have many fond memories of summer activities which included selling candy bars, having cook outs with our profits, and playing in the graveyard. My sympathy to you and the family. Fondly Michael Miller
I just heard of Joe\u2019s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Joe and I know for certain I have never seen a more patient man in my life. No matter how stupid my IT questions were (and believe me most of them were) Joe never made me feel stupid. Joe was kind, with a gentle soul and a great sense of humor. My sincere sympathy to Rebecca and all of Joe\u2019s family.
Joe was a good one. I liked him and that is more than I can say about many of people. Vaya con Dios, Joe. There will always be that crazy night in Tijuana.
As a co-worker, I count myself fortunate to have been heckled by Joe; his sly sense of humor was unmatched. He was one-of-a-kind, and he will be deeply missed by many. My thoughts and condolences are with Rebecca, his whole family, and all who knew and loved him.
Joe will be missed by so many. When I think of Joe I remember his dry sense of humor. When ever you went to Joe with a phone problem his eyebrows and eyes would go up as if to say "really"? Then came the real IT talent! Mary have you tried turning your phone off and on? Yes Joe I did several times. My favorite memory of Joe, is when he walked into my mothers house on the sabbath ( Saturday ) and turned her television on. My mother was a strict Adventist. No television from sundown Friday night until sundown Saturday night. Mom asked Joe why did you turn that on what did you plan on watching? Joe said baseball. Mom said what team? Joe said Cincinnati Reds. Mom turned the tv off no said oh well then I hope they lose. To Joe\u2019s family, I\u2019m so sorry to hear the news. Joe was a lot of fun to work with. He would intentionally create playfully insulting passwords for me and just smile about how witty he was. His sense of humor made work a better place. Joe didn\u2019t camouflage his feelings. He was a genuine person and will be greatly missed. Condolences to the family. I\u2019m so sorry Rebecca.
As many have mentioned, I will remember Joe for his snarky and fun vibes. He could find a way to make you chuckle and say \u201cGood ol\u2019 Joe at it again.\u201d \ud83d\ude06 You could tell he meant well and had good intentions. I am deeply saddened by this loss. Joe always joked around with me like my brothers would so I treated him like a brother. He will be missed by many. Rebecca my thoughts and prayers are with you and the kids in this most difficult time.
