God gifted John with a truly compassionate spirit which made him to be the incredible doctor that he was. John was also a dedicated family man who provided and protected his own. I not only had the privilege of knowing John and Susan but also their son Justin who I respected as a fine young man. Thank you Susan for being there for John when he needed you most. You will be in our prayers. John will remain in our hearts and minds.
Dr. Murphy was one of the greats. He was knowledgeable and professional, warm, generous with his time, and kind. He was a phenomenal doctor and an even more remarkable human being. Our family was blessed to be his patients.

I just can't wrap my mind around the loss of this wonderful man. His life was a testament of how good people make a difference. He was always so kind and compassionate.
