Peggy and Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your father, Joe passing. I remember sitting with your Mom and Dad after your Mother's stroke. They were so kind and funny. Your Dad and I had long chats and before I knew it, it was time for me to leave. He was so smart and knowledgeable. I remember him saying with a large family you have problems but the many blessings and joy they bring is what really counted. I had a good time with them and they taught me a lot about perseverance. I know he will be sorely missed. I lost my Dad this year and know the large emptiness left in your heart but take comfort in knowing that they are happy and healthy and smiling down upon you from Heaven. Many blessings.

Dear Kathy, Ken and family, Gabby and I were saddened to hear of the loss of your father. Although, we never met your Dad, we know from all of the heartfelt messages sent from friends and family, that he was a good man. I now know that you got your devotion and love for the blessed mother from your father. Was a wonderful gift from a father to his children. Grandpa,
You will be severely missed by your family and friends. You are a hero to me because of the way that you lived and the man you became. You lived your life honestly, compassionately, selflessly, humbly, and heroically. You served and loved God and you served and loved others. Your legacy will live on with us: your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. You raised the benchmark for all of us. You sacrificed in so many ways so that we could live better lives. Thank you. It is not only our opportunity but our duty to continue the Godly legacy you created, so we can rejoice with you when we meet again. Goodbye for now, I love you Grandpa!

I know Grandpa Joe is looking down with pride at each of you, as he holds his wife's hand again...May God bless each of your hearts with peace and the joy of knowing that he is with our Lord Jesus Christ. John, Kathy and family, I just wanted to let you all know that our thoughts and prayers are with you from all of your friends back here in Pennsylvania. While I never had the good fortune of meeting your Father John, if he is anything like you, he is one heck of guy. May God bless his soul and please accept our sincere condolences. WE ARE VERY SAD TO HEAR OF JOE'S DEATH. HE WAS A VERY SPECIAL FRIEND FROM MANY YEARS AGO.EVEN THOUGH WE LIVED OUT OF STATE FOR MANY YEARS, WE JUST RECENTLY MET AGAIN WHEN JOE VISITED THE WAKE OF ONE OF OUR RELATIVES. I am so sorry to hear about grandpa Ventura. He was such a wonderful and kind man. I loved him and your grandma so much. They always made me feel so welcome and part of the family.
