RIP Katie.
Sorry to read about her passing. Remembering her riding home with me from Stan's parents' home.
Rest in peace Katie. We met at the POS retreat Tennessee 2008. Dance and sing with the angels Katie, God bless.
Our condolences to the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family. Katie was a beautiful and sweet young woman. I was so excited seeing how happy she was after she married Andy. Now they are together again. She will certainly be missed by all who knew her.
We met in 1st grade and have been best friends ever since. We were in church youth group together and also went to places together, laughed together and had many long conversations on the phone. When she moved away we both kept in touch. She met the love of her life and in each other's wedding. She was kind, funny, and a best friend that anybody could have. Katie you will be missed. There is another angel in heaven. Rest in peace.
You were the All American Girl, Katie, growing up next door on skyline drive. We have beautiful memories of your childhood and the beautiful dresses your mother Byrdie dressed you in and later handed down to our daughter April. Your beautiful child smile became the kind compassionate smile of the grown woman being married to Andy in a perfect ceremony and reception all planned with excitement by your parents Byrdie and Stan. How the children of your childhood friends April and Marla danced and danced that magical day. The Lord called you too soon. Thank you for touching all our lives in a most meaningful way. Thank you for the Dublin parades where you played your trumpet. We share in your parents grief. There is a big hole in their hearts but they have unshakable faith. Until we meet again, dear child, God keep you in His peace. Lots of love. David Cristina and April Wolfe
I was Katie’s Squad leader I’m the Dublin Coffman marching band. We reconnected a few years ago through FB. We spoke often about her grief in Andy’s death and then more recently the death of my Mother. Katie was such a quiet and gentle soul. She’ll be greatly missed.
