Maribeth "Mar" Finafrock's Obituary
FINAFROCK, Maribeth, age 83, of Kettering and formerly of Bellbrook, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at the Laurels of Kettering.
Maribeth graduated from Bellbrook High School, class of 1958. After 12 years of service, she retired from St. Leonard Living Community in Centerville.
Sweet, loving, and caring, Maribeth was family-oriented and would lend a helping hand to everyone. She loved word searches and listening to music, especially listening to the oldies. Fall was Maribeth’s favorite time of year. She and her husband enjoyed traveling to the Smoky Mountains during autumn, which became a special tradition for Mar and her husband, Roy.
Maribeth was preceded in death by her husband, Roy, in 2021, and her parents, Thomas and Florence Fitzharris. She is survived by her daughter, Ann (Kevin) Clary; her son, Mike Finafrock; two grandchildren, Tabitha (Jacob) Jordan and Tori (Tyler) Ball; five great-grandchildren, Makala, Lacey, Emma, Ethan, and Lilly; two brothers, Thomas Fitzharris and David (Linda) Fitzharris; and two sisters, Margaret (David) Burge and Susan (Paul) Salmons.
