Mary Esther Berryhill

Berryhill, Mary Esther, of Bellbrook, passed away Saturday January 19th after celebrating her 100th birthday this week. She was born January 16th, 1919 in Bellbrook to Margaret Catherine (Baird) and Frank Arminous Berryhill. Sr. Mary grew up on the farm with the nickname "Tommy." She remembered those years with extreme fondness and recalled many sugar maple seasons working in the sugar house with her dad and being taught how to drive by her mom. Mary worked for many years at DESC where she received numerous awards for perfect attendance and retired after 34 years of dedicated service. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Frank A. "Bud" Berryhill, Jr. Mary is survived by a host of friends and neighbors who will remember her independence, character, and ability to leave a memorable impact on everyone she met. Close friends will gather to celebrate her life privately at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook, with burial in Bellbrook Cemetery.
