She was born September 13, 1935 in Barbourville, Ky. to Mossie Elizabeth (Goley) and Roy Robert Fannon. Ida passed away Friday May 22, 2015. She was 79. Ida will always be remembered for being very motherly and tender as she dedicated her life to her kids and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Silas and Paul Fannon and sister Mae Ely. Ida is survived by her husband Billy E., son Billy Jr. (Judy), daughter Tammy Ikirt (Steve), son Robert (Roz), daughter Tonya Sweet (Dean), 11 grandchildren Carolyn (Devon), Kelly (Curtis), Amy, Justin, Shannon, Sarah (Randon), Amanda, Kaitlyn, Mitch, Chad and Tyler, 13 great-grandchildren, sister Pearlie Dalton (Boyd), brother George Fannon, and Sister Fayette Helton. A life celebration visitation will be held Tuesday May 26th from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at CONNER & KOCH Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook (937-848-6651). Life celebration services will follow at 1:00 pm. Burial at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. In memory of Ida, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association Miami Valley Chapter, 31 W. Whipp Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459 (www.alz.org/dayton).
