Nettie Mae Cole (Isaacs)'s Obituary
Cole, Nettie Mae, age 82, of West Carrollton and London, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, January 24th, 2018. She was born February 14, 1935 in Owsley County, Kentucky to Della (McIntyre) and Sigel Isaacs.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Nolan "Doc" Cole and Jess Frederick; sisters, Helen Cornett (Roy); Hazel Hale (Faris), and Betty Fish; brother, Dewey Isaacs (Ruth); son, Jim Cole; nephew, Terry Fish; niece, Wilma; and son-in-law, Fred Six.
Nettie is survived by her daughter, Vicki Six of Xenia; daughter-in-law, Jamie Cole of Bellbrook; and step-son, Jimmy Frederick of East Burstat, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Matt Six (Delena), Jennifer Cole (Andrew Conley), Jessica Cole; Joanna Branco (Jimmy), Amanda Brown (Ethan); five great-grandchildren; nephews, Robert Groves, Michael Snyder (Ellen); and nieces, Judy Cornett and Anita Gabbard (Jeff).
Nettie loved to gamble. She loved the slots in Vegas and Belterra, and she made sure all her kids knew how to play Poker. She loved to cook soup beans and cornbread, and biscuits and gravy. Nettie also loved dancing, and loved to watch "Dancing with the Stars" and "Dirty Dancing".
You are invited to share a life celebration experience for Nettie with a visitation on Thursday, February 1st from 5-7 pm, followed by a life celebration service at 7:00 pm, both at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook. The burial will be 1:00 pm on Friday February 2nd at Swiss Colony Cemetery, 4074 Somerset Rd., London, Kentucky.
