Pamela Jean "Pam" Ward (Phillips)'s Obituary
Pamela Jean Ward, age 66, of Centerville, passed away on Tuesday, June 13th, 2023. She was on born February 13th, 1957 to Floyd and Bennie (Horn) Phillips in Dayton, Ohio.
Pam graduated from Trotwood Madison High School and then attended college for a few years before working various jobs in the financial sector, at local banks and then later for General Electric. Because she was outgoing and fun, she always enjoyed attending the high school reunions and events.
Pamela absolutely loved animals. Throughout her life she had several dogs, mostly Beagles and Lhasa Apso's, but she also loved the birds that would explore her backyard birdhouses as if they were her pets too. When she could, she enjoyed traveling to Florida, Vegas, and Tennessee's Dale Hollow Lake. She loved online shopping, and spending time with her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her father Floyd Phillips, and husband Bruce Wayne Ward. Pamela is survived by her son Chris Phillips (Kindra Doss), daughter Jessica Ward (Jeremy Witt), grandchildren Chris Phillips (Dominick Chapa) Chapa Jr., Casey Phillips, Rachael Phillips, and Jeremy Witt Jr., great-grandson Levi Chapa; mother Bennie Phillips, sister Patricia Phillips, brother Gregory (Patrick Wilt) Phillips, and many aunts, cousins, and friends.
To help the family celebrate her life, you are invited to share during her visitation at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home (92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook, Ohio 45305) on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Life Celebration Services will be held Wednesday, June 21st, 2023 at 11:00 am at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home, with burial to follow at Bellbrook Cemetery.
