Russell Steiner's Obituary
Steiner, Russell "Russ" L., age 69, of Dayton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023.
A native of Dayton, Russ was the son of James Steiner and Barbara Steiner (Lambert). He was a skilled machinist and retired from Dayton Progress after a lifetime of service. He enjoyed fishing and sports, including Reds baseball, Ohio State football and Bengals football. Friends will remember his loyalty and generosity and how much he loved to spend time with his family.
Russ was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Jean A. Steiner, and brother James Franklin Steiner. He is survived by his wife, Jorja, and step-children, Justyn Ruble and husband Tony, Josh Desmond, and Jason Desmond.
To help the family celebrate his life, you are invited to his visitation at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home (92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook, Ohio 45305) on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A private graveside service will be held at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
