Dear Leo, Andy and Holly,
I was so sad to hear of Sue's passing. Our friendship goes back more than seventy years to our "good old days at Marion High School." I have fond memories of our days there, and I am thankful that our friendship has continued all these years.
She was a dedicated teacher, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and she was also a wonderful person and a great friend. I always looked forward for a note from her and her family Christmas card and picture. Whenever we would get together through the years, it was always that we just picked up where we left off at our prior visit.
I hope that many happy memories will sustain you through these dark days of sadness.
