Teresa was a wonderfully unique individual. A little lady who touched just about everyone she met, in a big way, and we are all, no doubt, better for it. She was a tremendous asset to her friends, community, and I'm sure, her family. It was a true privilege getting to know her. I am so very sorry for your loss, and for the loss to her friends and community. She had an exceptionally strong presence in this world, will be deeply missed by many, many people --- and will never be forgotten.

Dear Alice and Family, I am so very, very sorry. The picture of Teresa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I am sure she was even MORE beautiful inside!! I am so sorry to hear of Teresa's passing. I have not really seen her since elementary school. She was so amazing we were all jealous of her. Some of us, including myself, did not treat her so well. I am sorry for that now.
I tried to contact her in the recent past because I learned we were both teachers. I have been an Instructor at Sinclair Community College part time for 15 years in the field of Philosophy. I was delighted to hear that Teresa's beautiful art talent allowed her to get the job and house of her dreams. She was a beautiful soul. She must be standing ten feet tall with all the angels now. My heart felt sympathies go out to her parents, Alice and Pete, and sisters, Ann and Julie, and the kitties she left behind. She will be missed. She left us way too soon.
To Teresa's family, I am so sorry to hear of Teresa's passing. I met Teresa several years ago when she started coming into my nail salon in New Carlisle and doing nail art for my customers. We were all amazed at her talent. She could paint the cutest things on peoples nails. Even though it has been several years since Teresa has been in the salon her name still comes up often. I always enjoyed her company while she was there and the day never ended with some mention of her cats. Teresa was a very kind soul. She was such an asset to this world and she will truly be missed.
Granddaughter. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Motivational. Inspirational. Dedicated. Loved. Blessed by the Lord as an Angel. I'm blessed to have known Teresa through high school. I don't think she ever met a stranger. There was nothing she couldn't do. Her dreams and goals had no end. As she looks out from the Heaven's, may we be reminded that God's love to us comes in all kinds of different ways. May God Bless the family and uplift theirs souls and spirits. What a great lady Teresa was! She attended services at Center for Spiritual Living for a time and took several classes. She always brought a smile and such a great attitude with her, wherever she went. She lived life to the fullest -- and showed other people how to do the same. We will miss her. I know you will too.

Teresa’s Spirit and Zest for life was as big as the whole outdoors. Kenny & I were so blessed to have known her from the days with the Hathaways, to our time with her at the Center for Spiritual Living in Kettering. She was a Beautiful Free Spirit! I’m sad to say that we never made it down to Brother Bear’s with her in Yellow Springs… I guess we always just thought there would be more time! I knew how busy she was at work, and didn’t even realize she was in Hospice till the end. It’s a powerful and sad lesson to realize that time is so fleeting, and that you can never assume anything.
