Thomas "Tom" Lischke's Obituary
Thomas Carl “Tom” Lischke, age 78, of Xenia, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
Tom graduated from Wilber Wright High School, then worked at Delco Moraine in the carpenter shop, retiring after 36 years. He had a lifelong love of cars and he enjoyed drag racing, Model A Fords, and street rods.
Tom was quiet, unassuming, stoic. He loved his Boston Terrier “Skippy”, beer, pretzels, puff corn and Hershey bars. But most of all, Tom loved his family. He is survived by his wife Sherry Lischke, daughter Donna Henninger, and grandchildren Olivia and Sean Henninger. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Betty and his brother Bill.
A visitation will be held at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home (92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook, Ohio 45305) on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A service will be held immediately after the visitation at 1:00 pm, with burial to follow at Bellbrook Cemetery.
