Teeters, Thomas "Tom"
age 73, of Spring Valley, passed away June 5th, 2016, after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born June 14th, 1942 in Rarden, OH, and is preceded in death by his parents Hollie and Burhl Teeters. He spent his 35 year career in the banking industry, finishing his career with Key Bank. He was a strong supporter of community events and a proud member of The Bellbrook Lion's and Optimist Clubs. Tom's greatest sense of pride and joy was his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Kay , a son and daughter-in-law Scott and Nita Teeters and their children Holly and Ryan; daughter and son-in-law Stephany and Dannie Vogelsong and their son Jobe; a sister, Janet Allen of Rarden, and a very large group of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday June 8th, 2016 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at CONNER & KOCH Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook. Life celebration services will continue on Thursday June 9th at 11:00am at CONNER & KOCH Life Celebration Home. Rev. Darlene Hensley will officiate. Interment in Spring Valley Cemetery.
