Uncle Wilbur you will be missed Greatly❤️I remember when we would come to Ohio you take us kids down by creek and we would look for fossils it was so much fun I remember you getting my Dad started collecting Antique clocks My Mom and Aunt Bonnie her Sister going to the Fenton Glass company every summer.So much fun I use to love swinging on the porch swing and singing while Aunt Bonnie making wonderful Dinner for us all Just all Treasured Memories.R.I.P.Uncle Wilbur ❤️🙏
Mr. Barnett was my supervisor when I was hired as the first female cadet at the XPD.He was such a great man. I faced some challenges and he was always there to help me through. Sending my love and prayers to his family and friends. Debbie (Osborne) Palmer.

I am so sorry for the family loss. Uncle Wilbur was a great man!! He loved to tell stories and he shared a lot of stories with me when I was younger. I remember his humor and bright smile which displayed the joy he had for his family and life. I will hold and cherish all the loving memories of Uncle Wilbur in my heart ❤️ I Love You All ❤️
