BEEMAN, William “Bill” Otis, age 72, of Bellbrook, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024. Bill graduated from Bellbrook High School, class of ’71, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Ohio University. He retired from Read Obituary
Bill was the best of us, I can think of no better person..It will be a much sadder place without him.
Before Bill retired from the base in December 2015, he trained me to take over one of the jobs he was leaving behind. He shared with me all he could about the job and made me feel I had a good handle on it. He left me his phone number though just in case I had a question or two. He was a great teacher and co-worker. He will be missed!
So very sorry to hear about Bill’s death. He was such a great guy! I served on the Board of Health with him for so many years. He was an integral part of the Board. May your memories be your blessings in the days and years ahead. Nancy Terwoord
