We are sorry for the lose of our friend Burma. We extend our sympathy to the friends and family. Sadly we will be out of town on Sat. and will miss the Memorial Service. Burma always had a heart of gold and was willing to share and participate in so many community activities. She will be missed.
I'm so sorry to learn of Burma's death. She and I have been seatmates at the Dragons games the last few years. I thought she was waiting for the weather to warm up before coming to a game this season. I'm glad her illness was short since she didn't have any patience for being under the weather. She was an amazing lady and I'll miss her.
Kathy, I am so sorry to hear of Burma's death. She was a dear friend to my mother, Harriette and Betty and Bill Kniess. I can't tell you how many frames are hanging in my house with the Fernadez sticker still on the back. I try to visit Betty at Bethany every couple of weeks and I will be sure to tell her of Burma's death. Your mother was a lot of fun and the "unofficial" hostess at my wedding 40 years ago! I know you will miss her. My deepest sympathies. Robin
Burma gave me my first job at Fernandez Art-Craft at Town and Country in Kettering. She was an incredible mentor in my life for several years. My condolence to Kathleen and her family. I have thought of you many times and the friendship I had with your mom and Dad. Praying comfort for all of you. Blessings, Toby
Aunt Burma was one of the strongest, most loving, caring women I have ever had the privilege of calling family. She never forgot about anyone, always had a kind word, encouragement, and endless love for all of her family and friends. She was one of a kind. She is on the other side of the mountain now, and is waiting patiently for the arrival of the rest of the family so all will be together once again. R.I.P Aunt Burma, you will be greatly missed, and never forgotten. We love you! Bill, Tracy, Ted, Tawni, Garrett and William
I was so saddened by this news. Burma was one in a million! We first met when I was a little girl at her Town and Country store. Then years later as members of The Gem City Sweet Adelines.
She was truly a remarkable woman.
My sincere condolences to her family and friends. The lives Burma touched were many and much brighter for having shared moments with her.
