A friend of the family...
Conner and Koch Life Celebration Home is known to families in Greene County and the Miami Valley area as "a friend of the family" because of our personalized service and attention to detail. We serve all faiths and provide all types of services. We are compassionate funeral directors who listen attentively to our families and provide services tailored to their individual needs. Because we are very familiar with the grief process, we can provide caring and valuable help. We are honored to serve our families in pre-planning, at-need, and after-care services.

Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home was founded in 1968 by H. William Tobias and was first named Tobias Memorial Home. Mr. Tobias owned and operated the funeral home at 92 West Franklin Street (St. Rt. 725), Bellbrook until his retirement in 1986. Steve and Kathy Conner, of Waynesville, purchased the funeral home in March of 1986 and changed the name of the funeral home to Tobias-Conner Funeral Home.
Brian and Donna Koch acquired the funeral home in April of 1999. Brian is the son of the former owners, Steve and Kathy Conner. Brian was a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He was the funeral home's managing funeral director from June of 1990 until the time of ownership. Donna is a licensed funeral director and licensed social worker. Brian and Donna have three daughters. Their middle daughter, Addison, graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's degree in Business, and is currently serving as the managing funeral director for Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home.

Our incredible staff
Helping families create lasting legacies is more than a job — it's our calling. We are here to support you in any way we can and will offer you the full attention, knowledge, and compassion you need.
Nancy Wellman
Office Administrator
Nancy is much more than an office administrator, she wears many different hats. Hers is often the first voice you will hear when you call and the first face you will see when you come to the door, but she is often organizing behind the scenes as well. Nancy has two married adult children and has entered the “Nana” phase of life. Nancy loves the outdoors and the company of those she loves, including her cats.
Addison Koch Roth
Funeral Director
After watching her “daddy,” Brian Koch, simultaneously serve grieving families and his own family diligently for over 20 years, Addison wanted to do the same thing. Dedicated to balancing the community’s families as well as her own, she often brings her kids with her to work. She and her husband, Zach, love boating too, but also enjoy board games and all sorts of outdoor adventures and travels.
Brian Koch
Owner, Funeral Director
Brian is a natural born helper. He loves life and his ever-growing family, the more little people that exist in the world that call him “Pops,” the better. Brian is married to his high school sweetheart, Donna, and they have three married daughters, and one adopted son. Whether on a bicycle built for two or their boat at Dale Hollow Lake, Brian and Donna love to be with each other, and with their grandkids!
