Katie handled so many of the details, like arranging for a military honor guard, allowing us to focus on celebrating memories of our dad. “Selected just because my Parish often goes there. My son and I met with reps for about 2 hours talking about my wife in detail not just the process. They listened to every word. The visitation included things she loved ( her life, pictures, items, hobbies, snacks, music). They delivered more than we ever expected and paid attention to small details throughout the preparation, visitation, funeral, and cemetery process. My family and friends are amazed with their attention to detail. I absolutely recommend Conner & Koch.”

“At a time of extreme sadness and not wanting to be “sold”… Brad the owner was extremely professional, helpful, and an absolute gentlemen when it comes to all things in terms of the grieving process. He spent time on the phone with me explaining things that truly had nothing to do with his services or business. He filled me in on things to come and expect, both personally, financial, etc, in addition to his extreme sensitivity when it comes to losing a loved one. I would recommend them in your time of need!”
