“I appreciated how AVAILABLE the staff at Conner & Koch were during the weeks of planning after Dad passed - they never seemed annoyed with our questions and situations. Went the extra-mile to accommodate, in fact. Somehow they managed to be both professional and empathetic at the same time. Highly recommend. And…the special things at visitation (snacks and murals personalized to things that Dad loved) were amazing!!!”

“My husband recently passed away. Brad and his team were wonderful! They were compassionate, responsive, and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. They surprised me with a very nice camping display and a UD flyers game display that was beautiful. They made Tom’s favorite snacks and even made homemade ice cream for everyone to enjoy - not just the family in a private room for family only like most places do. This was based on pictures we submitted and questions they asked me about Tom. They did a wonderful job writing the obituary and then allowed me to edit before posting on their website. “Our dear friend Tom Kwest was laid to rest today. The viewing last night was so special. Huge wall pictures of his favorite things, like camping and UD Flyers games complete with special decorations to go with the photos. Bright tastefully decorated room. Fireplace to warm up beside. His favorite snacks for everyone to enjoy. A wonderful keepsake 25 page photo album for his wife to keep. Beautiful keepsakes with his photos on them. He looked so peaceful. Thank you for this experience which helped to comfort his loved ones. ”
