Janice Helen Muth (Bledsoe)

A generous, thoughtful, and empathetic person, Janice Helen Muth, who was also strong, organized and assertive, passed away Friday, October 1st, 2021. She was 61 and a resident of Bellbrook. Janice was born February 24th, 1960 to Billie (Clark) and Joe Bledsoe. She was a 1979 graduate of Bellbrook High School, and went on to earn a Masters in Education from McGregor (Antioch) University. Janice was employed as a 2nd grade teacher for Xenia School System at McKinley Elementary School. Janice was a parishioner at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Centerville. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Joseph M. Bledsoe, and her grandma Pebble H. Bledsoe. Janice is survived by her husband of 40 years, John; their children Heather Sue Muth and Joseph Robert Muth; grandchildren Judah Adam and Jaxon Dalton Burns; siblings Jack D. Hale (Brenda) and Brenda S. Newton (James Hurley); mother-in-law Sandra K. Muth, brother and sisters-in-law Rebecca Beldsoe, Denise Sue Porter, Aaron Todd Muth and Matt Edward Muth. Janice was passionate about teaching and was crazy about those kids. She was a season ticket holder and avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. Janice loved to read about American History and the Revolutionary War. Her favorite author was John Grisham. In her younger life, she enjoyed traveling from coast (NYC) to coast (San Diego) to attend the USS Bellegrove Navy reunions with her Dad. To help the family celebrate her life, you are invited to her visitation at Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home (92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook, Ohio 45305) on Thursday, October 7th, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The family will hold private burial services.
