I am deeply saddened by the loss of Barbara. She touched so many lives here at DCMA including mine. I think I can speak for many, that Barbara had a positive impact on the professional development and career progression of many. My heart felt condolences to Tom, his family, Barbara's family and the hundreds of others who knew and loved Barbara. May she rest in peace.
