Risner Cutlery (retail knife sales), and a member of the Shriners. He inspired a lot of people and will truly be missed. He is preceded in death by his parents and his former wife, Joyce Risner, 2 brothers, Larry Mullins, and Roger Mullins, and a sister, Hilda Jenkins. He is survived by his daughter Pamela Jackson (Gary) of Bellbrook, grandson Austin Jackson, wife of 10 years, Betty Risner and her children Debbie Leach (Herm) of Franklin, and Tom Simonton of Florida, sister Beulah Armstrong (Frank) of West Carrollton, brother Phil Mullins (Emma) of Oklahoma, and brother Marion Mullins (Darlene) of Riverside.
