In memory of my dear uncle - who was my inspiration to keep life and all challenges positive.
My early memories were of Ernie always giving to me and my sister - time, experiences and a little extra money to make the time a little more memorable.
Ernie was also my role model for family relationships and marriage. His unconditional love to his family and his wife made me always strive to be a better person.
Thank you Ernie for your quiet love that you shared with us all. You always made me smile, always made me feel important and always had time to show us how to love.
With deep admiration and unconditional love to my forever uncle,
Chris

I grew up on Colwick Drive nextdoor to the Rays. Richard was my age, Bob a yr younger and Faith. I have several memories of the family. I also attended church with them at East Dayton church of Christ. After I graduated in 79, I was led to Christ and baptized at Belmont church of Christ. I would love to hear from the kids. I'm so very sorry for your loss and will keep the family in my prayers. -Karla
