Although it has been a long time since I have seen Jim, I have good memories of him from Mound, from St. James Church, and from playing Bridge so many years ago. I knew Jim as a quiet and gentle person and he was always very supportive of those that he came in contact with. Please know that your family is in my prayers and thoughts in this time of loss.
Our deepest heartfelt sympathies for your loss of someone so dear. Jim was an awesome supervisor, one not easily forgotten. He respected and cared for all under his charge. He went out of his way to take care of his people. Thank you Jim. We will miss you.
Our deepest sympathies go out to the entire McDougal family during this difficult time.
Sorry for the loss of your father our thoughts and prayers for your family, Paul, Kathy and Garrett Brown Huber Heights

Dear Marsha,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that I will keep you in my prayers during this difficult time.
I am very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a good man. He was also one of the nicest guys at Mound. One of the things I remember him for is that he took a chance and hired me from the Decon ranks. I was working in the SM/PP area and heard of the GPHS work starting in Bldg. 50 from Bob Stout and he suggested I contact Jim. I did and he hired me. I have thought of this for many years now and I wondered where I would have been if Jim hadn't taken the chance and hired me. He was one of the "good" guys at Mound. I will miss him.
