Jo-Ann was reserved but her actions spoke louder than her words.
When I first came into the family, Jo-Ann was the one who always went out of the way to speak to me so I would feel comfortable. She always had something nice to say.
I can say that I never heard her gossip.
She lived by example. She lived for her family. She lived to shine that beautiful smile. She lived a life that Jesus would say "well done good and faithful servant" as he took her home.
And as she passed as gracefully as she could, she still made us laugh. Those memories will last a lifetime.
Till we meet again JoAnn I will miss our talks and the 'at home' feeling that you inspire in others. . .
