My thoughts and prayers are with Joe\u2019s family. I have been his neighbor for 20 years and have had the privilege of admiring his beautiful yard that he so meticulously maintained. Joe would snow blow my sidewalk, cut down trees, he even put out a fire on the outside breaker box of my house. I never asked for any of this - he just did it. That was the kind of man he was. Always offering a friendly hello or wave when I would see him while walking my dog. I will miss my neighbor.
