My sincere condolences to family, friends and patients of Dr. Timothy Mulligan. He was a genuine and caring doctor who spent quality time with his patients, ensuring they received the treatment they needed. He was one of a kind. He saved my life and my husband\u2019s life, as we both had been diagnosed with life threatening illnesses. He would make calls to us day or night to see how we were doing. My heart was heavy when I received the call from his office about his passing. I hope and pray that a memorial will be held in the SF Bay Area, so that I may pay my respects to a great man who saved me from dying from cancer and saved my husband from dying of heart failure. Thank you Dr. Mulligan for your wonderful care these past 10 years. May you Rest In Peace.Teena Rodriguez
