Timothy Mulligan's Obituary
Mulligan, Dr. Timothy Rogers, age 68, formerly of Bellbrook, passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 in Santa Clara, California where he resided.
Tim was born June 10th, 1952 to Polly (Rogers) and Francis P.Mulligan. He was a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and Suny Downstate Health Sciences University.
He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Mulligan, his brother Michael Patrick Mulligan, and his grandparents, Sarah Hoeper, Estella Keister, and Lester Rogers. Tim is survived by his mother, Polly R. Mulligan, sisters Stephanie McKee and Adrienne DuRant, niece Robin McKee, and his girlfriend Leticia Barroga.
